Fulfillment
1. Our process is quite straightforward and simple
At that point you can forward goods to another destination or request logistics operations such as relabeling, quality checks, compliance checks, photos or other customized services.

2. Inspection Process
After receiving stock, we can inspect and count it on request. For fulfillment stock, we confirm quantities, dimensions and weights and notify you of any inconsistency or damaged goods.

3. Storage & Categorization
We store and categorize each SKU, then upload stock into our inventory system. You access it through a client portal.
Users can create listings automatically through marketplace API or webservice connections.

4. Daily Order fulfillment & FBA Prep
At this point, sellers using Vidaneo Fulfillment can start daily fulfillment operations. Orders can be imported by file or marketplace API.
For Amazon sellers, we can handle labeling and bulk preparation operations for inventory.

5. Dispatch Your Orders
We pick, pack and dispatch orders within the agreed timeframe on working days, then upload tracking information to each marketplace.
You can monitor order status at any time through the ERP.
