Using our app, you can manage Amazon inventory, create products or offers, verify products and sync Amazon stock with Vidaneo.

Our app lets you view available inventory in Amazon and Vidaneo operations, choose the fulfillment source, select delivery mode and manage SKU mapping.

Parcel Management:

You can see and manage parcels or pallets received in our warehouse operations, with dimensions, tracking, entry or exit dates and photos when damage is noticed.

From that page, you select parcels and follow the service request wizard to create a logistics request.

Order Management and Fulfillment by Merchant:

Our app imports Amazon orders automatically, updates them during their lifecycle and sends tracking numbers to Amazon.

If you do not use API import, you can create orders manually from inventory or use our Excel template.

Shipping Solutions:

We provide shipping solutions for Amazon orders from our warehouse operations using carriers that deliver across Europe.

Our app lets you choose the carrier and add options such as insurance, signature or express delivery.

Amazon FBA preparation:

From our app, you can organize Amazon shipment preparation, select parcels, change barcodes if needed and generate detailed packing lists.

The app helps create FBA shipments and organize collection with Amazon carrier partners when relevant.

Return management and reverse logistics:

Our app makes the return management process as easy as possible.

As soon as we receive a parcel, the logistics team records it in the app and you receive a notification.
