The total price to ship your orders is the sum of the 2 following fees:
- Delivery fee: price depends on the carrier selected. We provide standard, signature and express delivery modes.
- Preparation fee: preparation fee depends on product weight.
Logistics Operation services
- Adding/Changing labels: pricing per label sticked.
- Quality, compliance control, product inventory, unloading container and all other customized requests: fee charged per working man hour.
Forwarding services
- To Amazon FBA: by UPS for parcels or Kuehne+Nagel for pallets.
- To Cdiscount: please contact us for the price grid.
- To other marketplace (eMAG, Allegro,...): please contact us for quotation.
- To another address in Europe: we use express carriers or quote pallet shipments on request.
- To outside of Europe: DHL.
Reverse Logistics
- Prepaid label: we provide prepaid return labels and charge only if the label is scanned by the carrier.
